Ideaflo offers paid subscription plans that can be billed monthly or annually. Our subscription plans provide access to premium features and enhanced functionality.

7-Day Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, you can explore all premium features without any charge. If you decide Ideaflo isn't right for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time during your subscription period. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You will retain access to premium features until your current period expires
  • Your data will be preserved and accessible with a free account

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Ideaflo account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Manage Subscription"
  4. Follow the prompts to cancel

Refunds

Since we offer a 7-day free trial, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us and we will work to resolve your issue or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
